At my kindergarten orientation, the teacher asked what we dreamed of becoming when we grew up, and without hesitation, I proudly said, “a doctor that takes out babies!” The room erupted in laughter; but that early spark of passion never faded. I’ve always been fascinated by the miracle of birth and deeply drawn to supporting women through one of the most transformative experiences of their lives.
I have learned that we can't control birth, but with support that is respectful and compassionate, every birth can be an opportunity to feel empowered. My goal as a Certified Professional Midwife is to help families welcome their babies with peace, confidence, and love.
In July of 2026 I received my Certified Professional Midwife credential from the North American Registry of Midwives and shortly after I became licensed in Virginia. I have been supporting women and their families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum since 2020. I am proud to be known for offering gentle birth support, postpartum care, and education that honors each family’s unique journey.
Based in Stephenson, Virginia, I proudly serve moms and families in West Virginia and Virginia; providing holistic, family-centered care rooted in kindness, calm, and connection.
My husband Will and I have been married since December of 2017. We live in Stephenson, Virginia with our two children, Irene Marigold and Leonard Gold. We are active members of our church. On any slightly nice day, you will find me in my hammock swing with a good book. I enjoy hot beverages and cool weather. My favorite hobbies are painting, drawing, floral design, crochet, and gardening. In a past life I was a full service floral designer. I am a devoted cat person and I consider my two cats, Jimbo and Jewel, to be two of my closest friends and confidants. I enjoy a wide variety of music, but my top 3 artists are Taylor Swift, Sierra Ferrell, and Brooke Ligertwood.
